Cancellation & Rescheduling
Practical terms for changing a confirmed private-viewing appointment.
This policy applies to private viewings. Booking a viewing does not reserve a specimen or create a purchase obligation.
Cancel
Use the purpose-specific cancellation link in your confirmation or reminder email. Cancellation changes the appointment status without deleting its operational history, and the appointment time becomes available again. No booking fee is currently collected through the site.
Reschedule
Use the purpose-specific rescheduling link in your email, then select a currently available date and time. Availability is checked again when the change is submitted. The original appointment is retained in booking history and marked rescheduled; the new appointment keeps the same customer and linked-specimen relationship.
Secure links
Cancellation and rescheduling links are unique to the booking and action. They are not intended to be shared. A link becomes invalid after use, revocation, or expiration. After a successful reschedule, old management links are revoked and updated links are sent for the new appointment once email delivery is active.
