Using this site
You may use this site to view collection information, make an inquiry, and request a private viewing. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.
Collection information
Crystalline Being presents one-of-one mineral specimens. Images, descriptions, measurements, availability, and other details are provided with care but may be corrected or updated. A private-viewing booking linked to a specimen does not reserve it, remove it from sale, or create a purchase agreement.
Private viewings
Appointments are subject to live availability and confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for using the secure link in your transactional email if you need to cancel or reschedule. The Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The site’s original text, photography, visual presentation, and branding are owned by or used with permission by Crystalline Being. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other copying or commercial use requires permission.
Availability and changes
The site may be changed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Crystalline Being may update these terms when services change.

Commerce provisions
No online sale or payment is currently offered through the published site. Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, payment, and order terms must be finalized and presented at checkout before commerce is enabled.
