Shipping information for existing orders and future collection purchases.
Collection specimens remain inquiry only. Fulfillment terms recorded at purchase continue to apply to existing orders.
Existing orders

Future collection sales
Before offering collection specimens for online purchase, Crystalline Being must finalize available pickup and shipping methods, packaging and insurance practices, delivery and installation quotation terms, estimated handling times, carrier responsibility, and address-change procedures.
One-of-one specimens
Shipping and delivery options may vary by specimen because dimensions, weight, fragility, value, display requirements, and destination affect safe handling. Any quoted method, charge, and estimated timing must be shown before payment.
Local delivery or installation
If local delivery or installation is offered for a collection specimen, the checkout and order confirmation must state whether the amount is included, separately quoted, or subject to an on-site assessment.
